DBFC Rules
1. No D.W.I. No public display of alcohol.
2. No weapons.
3. No drugs.
4. No bicycle riding after dusk.
5. No motorized or battery operated vehicles, including mopeds, electric bikes, and go-carts allowed at DBFC unless pre-approved by management. (Approval will be made for the handicapped only.)
6. No business that is in conflict with the campground store or that would be considered a trade or profession is to be operated in this campground.
7. No erection of buildings, structures, and/or street lights is permitted without prior approval from management.
8. No satellites or telephones installed without prior approval from management.
Pool Rules (The pool is monitored constantly by office staff.)
1. No lifeguard will be on duty at the pool. Campers are responsible for family and guests.
2. No pets inside the pool area, in the pool, or tied to the fence around the pool.

2. Campers hike, fish, tube, wade, or swim in the river at their own risk. DBFC is not responsible for any accidents.
3. Invasion of other campers' (or the owner's) privacy will not be tolerated, including the entry of any camper without invitation.
4. Children MUST be supervised at all times and MUST NOT be left without supervision while a parent sleeps or is not present in the campground. Store employees ARE NOT babysitters. Rules 3 and 4 are strictly enforced.
5. Quiet time- lights out- starts at 11:00pm. Campers should return to their own campsites no later than 10:45pm unless otherwise permitted. Management understands that someone may return to the campground later than 11:00pm if they participating in activities outside the campground. Please make office staff aware of this upon leaving if this is a likely situation.
6. Any person or persons evicted or asked to leave DBFC should not be invited back at any time. This will be considered tresspassing and will be punished by law.
7. Campground property lines extend to the middle of the bridge crossing the river. Please respect the Franklin's (neighboring land owners') privacy and do not go beyond that point unless expressly invited by the Franklins.
8. If property owned by campers or DBFC is destroyed, the responsible party will also be responsible for paying for the damage.
9. No dumping leaves, grass, etc. in the campground, unless it is in the designated area for debris.
10. No burning of household trash, carpet, cans, plastic plates or cups, plastic bottles, etc. Firewood is available at the campground store.
11. All trash must be placed in the dumpster located at the entrance of the campground. No garbage pick up is provided.
12. No grills, furniture, metals, or old bicycles are allowed in the dumpster, or around the dumpster site.
13. Campsites are to be kept clean and orderly.
14. The exterior of each camper must be kept clean.
15. ANY landscaping, including timbers, pavers, walks, flowers, trees, shrubs, etc. that is on a camp site or that is added to a camp site, will become the property of DBFC. Property and improvements ARE NOT TO BE REMOVED OR DESTROYED if the site is vacated.
16. Campers who chose to plant flowers are responsible for keeping any flower beds or walks weeded, and in a neat and tidy condition. DBFC will be responsible for mowing the lawn.
17. Picnic tables are to be left on the concrete slab so staff can mow the grounds.
18. Water hoses or other items are not to be left in the grass. DBFC is not responsible for any damage by the mowers.
19. If a camper is sold, the site IS NOT included in the sale, unless owners of DBFC agree.
20. Campers are not allowed to rent out the site or permit the use of the site to other people.
21. All guests must register at the office.
22. If more than 6 guests are planned for any one visit, prior approval must be obtained from management.
23. Guests may be charged for use of the facilities if abuse is observed.
24. Only two vehicles are allowed at each campsite. Guests must park at the dumpster area. Unauthorized vehicles will be towed at the owner's expense.
25. Campers will be issued stickers for their vehicles that include the site number and date. No more than 2 stickers per site will be issued. (Separate stickers will be issued for golf carts.)
26. No 4-wheelers or trailers should be parked in the campsite areas. Designated parking areas are assigned by office staff.
27. Golf carts will be permitted from April 1st through October 31st. A certificate of insurance MUST be on file at the campground office before the golf cart will be allowed on the premises. Upon receipt of the certificate, campers will be issued a sticker for validation. Only responsible adults with a vaild driver's license will be allowed to drive golf carts. Management intends to allow campers a convenience, NOT to tolerate joyriding or horseplay by adults or children. If such action is observed, campers will be asked to remove the golf cart from campground property.
28. DBFC will not be held responsible for any accident or injury arising fromthe use of golf carts.
Pet Rules
1. Pets will be allowed in the campground and must be kept on a leash. The following dogs are considere vicious and/or dangerous, and will not be allowed in the campground:
German Sheppard
Rottweiler
Doberman Pinchers
Akita
Chow
Pit Bull (a.k.a. Staffordshire Terrier)
Presa Canario
Sharpei
Wolf Hybrids
Any dog that has bitten previously
All allowable pets must have current rabies shots. A copy of the records will be required for the office file. You are responsible for any "accidents"(including "clean up & pick up"), and any other damage caused by your pet. Please do not leave your pet outside while you are away from your campsite. Please do not tie your pet in the sun without food and water.
2. No more than 2 pets will be allowed for any one campsite. Please remember to be courteous of other campers who may not enjoy pets as much as you do.
3. No exotic pets will be allowed.
The horses in the upper fields are the property of Norman and Susan Woodie. This is a NO TRESPASS AREA and private property. This is NOT part of the campground. All horses are to be considered DANGEROUS. They have legs and teeth and they may hurt you.
1. KEEP OUT OF THE FIELD.
2. DO NOT FEED the horses.
3. NO PETTING.
4. NO BIKES in or around the fenced areas of the field.
5. NO PARKING within 25 feet of the fence. (The horses will nibble on your
vehicle if you park too close.
DBFC is not responsible for acts of God, Mother Nature, natural disasters, floods, fires, etc. DBFC, Hawksbill, or Norman and Susan Woodie do not provide any insurance for proerty owned by you or for any of the disasters listed above. We recommend that you ontain a policy which would insure your camper and awning and which would include vacation liability of ryour own protection and peave of mind.
We are not responsible for moving your property in the event of a flood or other disaster.
